Through our Monitoring Center, we monitor all devices, interfaces, applications and servers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We will also provide access to the display and archiving of fault monitoring alarms and event logs. You will get reports on performance analysis and trends. Whatever the situation, you can be sure that we will be taking care of it.

Solution 

We specialize in the detection, isolation and diagnosis of each failure, with remote resolution whenever possible. We take control of the solution, acting as the solution orchestrator in your name. We also provide monitoring and notification of progress, and escalation to level 3 resources when necessary.
